The Proposal must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on November 16, 2020.
Proponents are responsible for the method of conveyance of their Proposal to the receiving point. Other electronic communications are not acceptable. Proposals received after the RFP Submission Deadline shall not be considered and shall be returned to the Proponent unopened. Regardless of the method of delivery of the Proposal chosen by Proponent (such as courier, delivery service, Canada Post), each Proponent is responsible for the actual delivery of its Proposal to the address and location listed above.
