Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Goods Supply
The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to provide Goods supply. The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum.
The selected Bidder will be required to deliver the Goods described in the procurement documents. The Goods consist of audio-visual equipment for the upcoming Queens of Egypt’s exhibition which will take place from May 7th, 2020 to October 12th, 2020.
Due to the considerable importance of these equipment for this exhibition, the supplier will be in the obligation to provide the required Goods by February 28, 2020, and must confirm the delivery date in the Bid Form included in the ITT document.
To be considered, Bids must be received at the address noted above, or as requested in the ITT documents, before the closing date and time noted in the MERX ad; refer to the ITT documents for further details.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these Goods are invited to submit their Bids on the Form that is available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.
Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Bidders can obtain the award result once posted on MERX.
