Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the Purchase and Delivery of new Lighting Fixtures.
The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to provide and delivery new lighting fixtures including peripheral equipment and accessories for the Canadian Museum of History and the Canadian War Museum. No installation is required. The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum.
The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the equipment as described in the ITT documents at the Canadian Museum of History, located at 100 Laurier Street, Gatineau, Quebec, K1A 0M8.
To be considered, Bids must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for all associated details.
This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
It is anticipated to provide the Deliverables by March 31, 2024. Refer to the procurement documents for further details.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these deliverable products/équipement are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the ITT documents.
Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
