Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) for SOURCE-LIST for digitization services of audiovisual archives.
The Museum is seeking Proposals from potential firms who have technical experience in providing digitization services of audio visual historial archives. This is a two-envelope submission process (Technical and Financial) to select the overall highest ranked Proponent(s) who may then be invited to be included on a Source List (SL) for eventual work required either at the Canadian Museum of History (CMH) building, located at 100 Laurier, Gatineau, Quebec, or the Canadian War Museum (CWM) located at 1, Vimy Place, Ottawa, Ontario.
The intent of the Museum is to prequalify three (3) Contractors who will be placed on an SL to provide services on an “as and when required” basis for a period of three (3) years from the date of establishment.
To be considered, Proposals must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for all associated details.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFPQ documents.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.
Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Proponents can obtain the award result once posted on MERX.
