Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) for Architectural Services Source List
The Museum is seeking Proposals from potential firms who have managerial and technical experience in providing Architectural Services in both Gatineau (Québec) and Ottawa (Ontario), Canada. This is a one-step two-envelope submission process (Technical and Financial) to select the highest ranked Proponent(s) who may then be invited to be included on a Source List (SL) for eventual work required either at the Canadian Museum of History (CMH) building, located at 100 Laurier, Gatineau, Quebec, or the Canadian War Museum (CWM) located at 1, Vimy Place, Ottawa, Ontario
The objective of this RFPQ is to prequalify four (4) Architectural Firms for the CMH and four (4) Architectural firms for the CWM who will be placed on an SL to provide services on an “as and when required” basis for a period of four (4) years from the date of establishment.
If mutually agreeable between the Contractor(s) and the Museum, this SL may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year periods with the same terms and conditions.
Most of the Call-ups under this SL are expected to be valued between $10,000.00 to $25,000.00. The Call-up process will be per the following:
- For Call-ups up to $24,999: The Museum may invite one (1) Contractor.
- For Call-ups between $25,000 and $100,000: The Museum may invite three (3) Contractors.
The SL has no limited value; however, an SL is not a commitment to spend any amount.
