Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) for Construction Services
The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firm’s who have ul and construction service experience to submit Proposals for the repair of the CMH Parking Garage and Plaza Waterproofing in Gatineau, Québec, Canada.
This is a two-step one-envelope submission process to prequalify Proponents who may then be invited to submit Bids during the second step of this process.
As a selected Proponent, it will be required to maintain safe and protected pedestrian access to the Museum at all times, to maintain existing services to the buildings and provide for personnel and vehicle access, and to deliver the services that are contemplated, but may not be limited to, below:
1.Set up fencing, detours, signage, staging and temporary protection
2.Podium waterproofing and paving repairs
3.Repair bus ramp expansion joints
4.Repair car ramp expansion joints
5.Carry out interior repairs
The required Services include, but may not be limited to, the following Phases:
- Construction Phase Services
- Project Close Out
- Warranty Period
To be considered, Proposals must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Proponents for all associated details.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFPQ documents.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Proposals on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.
Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Proponents can obtain the award result once posted on MERX.
