Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Microsoft Licences
The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to supply and deliver Microsoft Licences. The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum.
The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Work and Services described in the procurement documents including, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to supply and deliver Microsoft Licences, at the
Canadian Museum of History, Gatineau, Quebec.
To be considered, Bids must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for all associated details.
This procurement is subject to:
- Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
- Chapter 10 of Canada–Ukraine Free trade agreement
- Chapter 14 of Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement
- Chapter 14 of Canada - Peru Free Trade Agreement
- Chapter 16 Canada–Panama Free trade agreement
- Chapter 17 of Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement
- The Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)
- The World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP)
- The Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement
It is anticipated to provide the Deliverables starting on April 1, 2022 and complete the work by March 31, 2025. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and the Museum, this Contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year periods with the same terms and conditions.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.
Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
