Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Garage Lighting Replacement
The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to provide Construction Services. The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum.
The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Work and Services described in the procurement documents including, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the demolition of all existing T12 electrical light fixtures and exit signs in the P1 and P2 CMH Garage area, and the supply and installation of all new LED light fixtures and electrical panels to replace the units that were demolished, at the Canadian Museum of History, Gatineau, Quebec.
The schedule of Work is per the following:
- The majority of the work has to be done between 08:00 PM and 06:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
- Work which is heavy noise will be permitted only between 23:00pm and 07:00am
To be considered, Bids must be received at the address noted above, or as requested in the ITT documents, before the closing date and time noted in the MERX ad; refer to the ITT documents for further details.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the ITT documents.
It is anticipated to provide the Deliverables and complete the work no later than 238 calendar days after notification of contract award. Refer to the procurement documents for further details.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.
Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
