Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Amazon Web Services (AWS)
The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to provide Amazon Web Services (AWS). The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum.
The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Work and Services described in the procurement documents to the Canadian Museum of History, Gatineau, Quebec.
To be considered, Bids must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for all associated details.
It is anticipated that the contract will be in place for a duration of three (3) years from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2027.
If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and the Museum, the established Contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year periods with the same terms and conditions. Refer to the procurement documents for further details.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.
Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Bidders can obtain the award result once posted on MERX.
