Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the Purchase of LED Tube Lighting Kits
The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to provide LED Tube Lighting Kits. The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract/Purchase Order with the Museum.
The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the equipment as described in the ITT documents at the Canadian Museum of History, Gatineau, Quebec, K1A 0M8.
To be considered, Bids must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for all associated details.
This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
It is anticipated to provide the Deliverables by March 31, 2024. Refer to the procurement documents for further details.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these deliverable products/équipement are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the ITT documents.
Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Bidders can obtain the award result once posted on MERX.
