Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Goods Supply
The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to provide Goods supply.
The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum.
The selected Bidder will be required to deliver the Goods described in the procurement documents including the purchase of namely new LED museum lighting fixtures for the Canadian Museum of History located at 100 Laurier Street, Gatineau, QC, Canada and the Canadian War Museum located at 1 Vimy Pl. Ottawa, ON, Canada.
To be considered, Bids must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for all associated details.

It is anticipated to provide the Goods by July 1, 2024. Refer to the procurement documents for further details.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these Goods are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.
Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Bidders can obtain the award result once posted on MERX.
