RFQ Fire 10022019 - Emergency Response Plan

SCOPE OF WORK
 

1. Perform a complete review of existing plan, HIRA, critical infrastructure and community risk profile to determine a clear understanding of current status and to ensure existing data is updated and current;

2. Prepare and present a draft Emergency Response Plan that is operationally concise and presented in a manner that would facilitate the chronological roll out of an emergency i.e. dealing with an emergency from start to finish. Plan must be per Emergency Management Ontario guidelines and must ensure all hazards identified within the community risk profile are addressed with the ERP/Appendices structure (main body with Appendices);

3. After ERP draft review, provide 13 revised Emergency Operations Centre binders with the ERP/Appendices to address the needs of the Municipality of Shuniah Community Control Group (CCG);

4. Provide all appendices, procedures and the ERP in electronic format such as Microsoft word in order to accommodate future changes to the plan;

5. Provide training on the Plan provided;
