Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received by Mr. Daniel Scissons, CAO/Clerk, Town of Petawawa, 1111 Victoria Street, Petawawa, Ontario, before: 10:00 AM, LOCAL TIME TUESDAY, MARCH 6th, 2018 for the reconstruction of Achray Road from B-Line Road westerly 1.1 km, Brumm Road from Achray Road northerly 80 m and Arlene Street from Achray Road southerly 80 m. Works include pulverizing existing asphalt, grading, granular padding, hot mix paving, paved shoulders, culverts, storm sewers and ditching.
Complete tender documents may be obtained from Jp2g Consultants Inc., 12 International Drive, Pembroke, Ontario, on payment of a non-refundable cost of $100.00 per set. Cheques should be made payable to Jp2g Consultants Inc. Tender sets will be available for pick-up beginning on Monday February 12th, 2018, during regular office hours.
The successful Bidder will be required to file with the Owner the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) days of being awarded the Contract. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
