Description

The purpose of this Request for Pre-qualification (RFPQ) is to create a list of technically qualified contractors to which North Grenville can release tenders in the future. The pre-qualified list will be valid for a period of 3 years at which point another RFPQ will be issued to update the list.

North Grenville is looking to continue the waste collection services as they are conducted now (garbage & recycling). North Grenville is also looking at adding; a green bin program, bulky item pick-up, and leaf and yard waste pick-up.

The Municipality is looking at options to integrate an organics program into the garbage and recycling collection. The leaf and yard waste and bulky item collections would be separate events, executed on certain dates depending on the frequency that is awarded.

The Municipality intends to tender the Project for a period of 5 years starting on November 1, 2020 with a possibility of two one year extensions.
