Description

The Municipality of North Grenville is now seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional services to conduct a comprehensive salary review using an objective evaluation process/methodology to review the current pay levels for all full-time, regular part-time, seasonal Municipal staff and Library staff.

This review will continue to assist the Municipality in attracting and retaining well qualified employees and maintaining competitive compensation practices with those of comparable municipalities.

The Municipality requires that the Project be completed prior to Monday September 10th, 2018.
