Description

The Municipality of Huron Shores has declared various items to be surplus and is inviting sealed tenders to be submitted by members of the public. Images of the surplus items may be viewed in the photo gallery below. Click on any image to enlarge. The surplus items are as follows:

Item #33 – one (1) Power Take-Off (PTO) Generator (30kWatt, requires 80-hp tractor to run)

All Items to be sold “AS IS”. Separate SEALED TENDERS, clearly marked with the individual Item Number, may be submitted at the Municipal Office, 7 Bridge Street, Iron Bridge, during regular office hours (Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) until close of tenders on Friday, October 20th at 1:00 p.m. The public opening of the tenders will be undertaken at 1:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 7 Bridge Street, Iron Bridge. The Tenders will be reviewed and awarded at the Regular Meeting of Council to be held Wednesday, October 25th, 2017. Lowest or any tender may not be accepted.

Successful bidders MUST remit full payment and take possession of their property(ies) no later than 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, November 1st, 2017 .

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
