Tenders will be opened publicly by the Clerk at 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at the Administration office, unless the Clerk or designate acting reasonably postpones the start to some later hour. The opening shall continue once started, until the last bid is opened. Bids must be submitted on the attached “Tender Form.”
