GENERAL DESCRIPTION This Tender is for the Supply and Delivery of a Ride On Automatic Airless Line Striping Machine and Accessories for the Municipality of Greenstone. 2. DATE AND PLACE FOR RECEIVING TENDER SUBMISSIONS Tenders are to be submitted in duplicate in a sealed envelope by 2:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, July 11, 2017, marked as shown in the box below: TENDER No. PS-2017-12 SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF A RIDE ON AUTOMATIC AIRLESS LINE STRIPING MACHINE AND ACCESSORIES Gabrielle Lecuyer, Clerk Administration Office Municipality of Greenstone P.O. Box 70, 1800 Main Street Geraldton, ON P0T 1M0 Tenders received after 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 will be returned unopened. Tenders will be opened publicly by the Clerk at 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at the Administration office, unless the Clerk or designate acting reasonably postpones the start to some later hour. The opening shall continue once started, until the last bid is opened. Bids must be submitted on the attached “Tender Form.”

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
