PS‐2019‐03 - GREENSTONE ROOFING PROJECT: Beardmore Water Treatment Plant

This  Tender  covers  the  provision  of  contracted  services  by  a  qualified  roofing  contractor  for  the  roof  repairs  required at  the Water Treatment Plant located at 30  Louise Avenue, Beardmore, Ontario. The  project involves a roof replacement with EPDM type system to include an increase in insulation value by at  least R40, in addition to removal and replacement of the existing damaged masonry parapet, with a greater  than or equal to 20 year warranty.
