Description

The Municipality invites proposals for canteen service provision in any or all of our Community Centres and request that proposals clearly indicate which facility you are interested in.

General Scope • This work shall include the provision of canteen services in any or all of our Community Centres for the Municipality, in accordance with the standard terms and conditions and specifications contained herein. • Award will be based on the most qualified Bidder providing the greatest overall benefit to the Municipality while meeting the requirements of the Proposal Document.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
