Description

The Successful Contractor will provide all labour, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the roofing project described below.

All roofing work shall be done in accordance with the standards of the Canadian Roofing Contractors Association, the Provincial Roofing Contractors Association and where applicable, the manufacturer’s recommended installation practices.

All Contractors must hold an ARCA membership and be in good standing with the Alberta Roofing Contractors Association (ARCA) and be COR Certified.

The Performance of the Work must be in accordance with the latest version of the National Building Code of Canada, and other local or provincial codes as applicable.

The roofing project will range from roof replacement; refurbishment and restoration that will be completed based on approved funding to include the following:

C&H Wing - Sections X01-X02-X03 - Inverted Roofing.
C&H Wing - Sections W03-W04-W06 - Inverted Roofing.
Wyckham House - Z01-Z02 - Inverted Roofing.
Main Campus - Centre North - R01-R03 Inverted Roofing.
Science and Technology - B01 and B05 Conventional Roofing.
