RFP No. 19-018 - ROOFING PROJECT 2019

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified Contractors to provide services for the roofing project.

The successful Bidder shall provide construction, quality management, commissioning, and warranty services. Included are all related work (collectively defined as the “Works”) as herein described.

It is Mount Royal’s intent to assign Prime Contractor Status on this project. Contractors must show proven ability, past experience and have sufficient financial capability to perform the work under a very demanding schedule with a high degree of quality and strict safety requirements. Contractors wishing to supply any supplemental information that they believe will aid the Selection Committee are encouraged to do so. This information must be clear, concise, and attached at the back of the submission labeled as “Supplemental Information”.

The University is seeking a Contractor to join them to form the project delivery team to deliver this project on time, within The University’s overall budget and to provide best value to The University. The objective of Mount Royal University is to enter into a Contract for the Works using, as a base, the Proposed Lump Sum Price submitted by the Bidder and any or all separate prices.
