As part of our continuing Campus Development, Mount Royal University is seeking submission from interested “Furniture Suppliers“ who may wish to pre-qualify to submit proposal(s) on selected Mount Royal University projects varying in size, scope and value over the next five (5) years period.
The Supplier must be able to provide to Mount Royal workstations, executive furniture, tables, panels accessories, filing & storage, study carrels, seating, etc. and meet the “University’s Furniture Standard Specifications. In addition, the pre-qualified suppliers shall provide repair and warranty services for the furniture supplied under any of the awarded contract.
Mount Royal intends to establish a list of Pre-Qualified Furniture Suppliers and to use the Pre-Qualified list for various projects, avoiding the need to qualify bidders for each individual project.
It is Mount Royal University’s intent to determine the suitability of Furniture Suppliers on the basis of the information provided in their pre-qualification response, which have considerable experience working in a Post-Secondary Educational and/or user occupied environment and who have a proven ability to successfully complete projects on time.
