This Solicitation is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of food services at Mount Royal University, scope of services as further described within the Solicitation documents.
Mount Royal University intends to establish an initial seven (7) years term agreement with the Successful Proponent. The term will be commencing on August 1, 2020, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of this Resulting Contract. At the discretion of Mount Royal, this agreement will have the option to be extended for an additional one period of three (3) years under the same terms and conditions, upon positive performance evaluation.
The University acknowledges that as a result of the COVID-19 global pandemic, the food services operations during the 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 academic years will require a period of recovery and resumption of normal operations.
The Services required are to include, at a minimum, the management and operation of the core retail platforms listed below:
Operation commencing September 1, 2020 with a target date for transition of August 15, 2020:

Operation commencing no later than September 1, 2022:

- Recreation retail space (vacant)
Optional Site Meeting:
An optional site meeting can be scheduled to enable Proponents to view the Food Services spaces and equipment. Please send your request via email to the Bid Coordinator listed within the Solicitation.
