Description

The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals for the acquisition, implementation, training and maintenance of an Event Management Software Solution.
Mount Royal University’s Event and Theatre Services (ETS) has been working with a legacy booking, contracting, billing, event planning and client management tools since the department’s inception in 2006. It is anticipated that a robust Event Management Software Solution (EMS) will create efficiencies within ETS that will positively impact all key processes and enhance the client experience.
