Description

The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Vendors to provide a cloud based/SAS Applicant Tracking and Onboarding recruitment software system to enable the University to automate full cycle recruitment activities.
Mount Royal is looking for an intuitive, easy to use and highly flexible applicant tracking and onboarding system that will support the various roles in their decentralized recruitment process. It will automate full cycle recruitment activities from position request to onboarding new employees.
