MPAC’s intent is to solicit bids for general contracting tenant improvement services for MPAC’s new location at 17468 Hwy 2, Trenton.

Anticipated Use: MPAC is the sole tenant in this newly constructed single storey commercial office property.
The Landlord will be delivering the premises with the following: perimeter demising walls and concrete floor ready to receive new finishes. Plumbing rough-ins only for all three (3) washrooms complete and ready for all above slab work, roof top heating and cooling equipment and associated distribution ductwork and diffusers will be supplied and installed, and thermostats boxed and wiring coiled in the plenum ready for install. Electrical will be supplied to the electrical room ready for distribution, conduit within the perimeter walls will also be provided, locations as per MPAC’s drawings. A 2” conduit will be provided for Bell Canada fibre optic service in the LAN room. Ceiling T-bar and general lighting (Fixture Type “A”) will be supplied and installed, and acoustic ceiling tiles will be supplied only (stacked) within the office space.
MPAC’s intent is to engage the awarded Respondent(s) for the 2018 year commencing February 14, 2018 and up to a one year term.
Applicable insurance will be requested from the awarded Respondent(s) upon conclusion of the RFP process.
MPAC’s RFP -0001-2018 is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
