Description

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit service provider(s) to supply printed marketing materials and office stationaries to MPAC. The printed materials include, but are not limited to, letterhead, envelopes, business cards, brochures, presentation folders, and door hangers.
The service coverage is for all MPAC regional offices (currently 27) across the province of Ontario as well as the Head Office in Pickering. Order placement for office stationaries is handled by the office administrative personnel in each department within the organization. The requirements for marketing materials are managed and ordered through our Strategic Communications and Marketing department located in Pickering.
It is necessary to note that services will be required on an as-needed basis. MPAC cannot guarantee any volume of business or frequency of orders.

Respondents are required to submit their Proposals in hard copy and electronic copy.
Confidential proposals and/or any associated form of packaging that the confidential proposal is delivered in (including but not limited to FedEx, UPS or other courier packages) must be clearly labelled and marked with the following:

RFP reference number
Respondent information and
Respondent Return address

Respondents should have the Confidential Proposal time stamped at MPAC’s Pickering office reception before the Closing Time.
Confidential Proposals transmitted by facsimile or sent by any other electronic means shall not be considered.
Respondents shall allow sufficient time to ensure that the Confidential Proposal is received by the Closing Time. Pre-printed literature submitted will be reviewed by the Evaluation Team.
