RFI-0069-2017 - Prime Consultant Services

MPAC is seeking responses from qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced architectural and/or interior design firms (“Prime Consultant”) who have the capacity to provide province-wide (Ontario, Canada) Prime Consulting Services with a primary focus on Interior Design, Project Management, Change Management, Mechanical, Electrical and Communications Engineering as it relates to interior fit-outs and interior alterations of commercial office space, on an as and when needed basis.
 
Interested parties should have the capability of providing these services either through in-house Subject Matter Experts (“SMEs”) or through strategic alliances with firms who can provide such services. Interested parties must also have previous knowledge and experience in the Government of Canada Workplace 2.0 Fit-up Standards.
 
MPAC may require additional services from other SMEs dependent on the required scope of each individual project (i.e. Acoustic, Architectural, Audio Visual, LEED and/or Sustainability, Security consulting, etc.). The Prime Consultant should have the capability to incorporate these services on an as and when needed basis either through in-house SMEs or through strategic alliances.
