MPAC would like to engage a service provider to support MPAC in creating a new investment strategy and policy appropriate for a publicly accountable or not-for-profit organization.

MPAC understands that the investment policy may require MPAC to perform or procure further work, such as the engagement of an investment manager to execute the provisions of the policy. It is MPAC’s intent to consider goods and services required by the policy as a separate procurement.
