RFP-0058-2017 - Employee Group Benefit Plan Advisory Services

The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms to provide Employee Group Benefits Advisory Services to perform the full range of services related to the design, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Corporation’s employee group benefits.  We currently provide group health, drug, dental, out of country, travel, life and long term disability benefits to approximately 1500 unionized and non-unionized benefit eligible employees, in addition to their dependants, retirees and retirees’ dependants.
MPAC’s intent is to engage the awarded Respondent(s) for the 2018 year commencing February, 2018 and up to a five year term (this can be either a 3+1+1 or full 5 year period)
Applicable insurance will be requested from the awarded Respondent(s) upon conclusion of the RFP process.
MPAC’s RFP-0058-2017 is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
