Description

MPAC’s Information Technology is supporting the Facility department in outfitting our office space with audiovisual equipment.
MPAC has been converting our existing offices to a new government standard called Office 2.0 .
Two major categories are incorporate in this project: Design Services and Procure and Install Services.
Respondents are invited to submit a proposal to establish Preferred Supplier lists to design or/and procure and install audiovisual systems.
The objective of this Preferred Supplier RFP is to have three pools of qualified suppliers; one pool for each of the categories and third pool of suppliers who can meet both categories.

To be eligible for consideration in the RFP process, confidential proposals clearly marked with the RFP reference number, Respondent information and return address must be submitted in the format identified in this RFP Section 5.1(2)(a).
Respondents should have the Proposal time stamped at MPAC’s Pickering office reception before the Closing Time.
Proposals transmitted by facsimile or sent by any other electronic means shall not be considered.

Respondents shall submit the following number of copies:
One sealed envelope/package titled “Original Proposal with Pricing” containing:

1 Original complete proposal with pricing information
1 USB of the complete proposal with pricing information

Separate sealed envelope/package titled “Copy of Proposal without Pricing” containing:

3 hard copies of the Proposal without pricing information
3 USB copies of the Proposal without pricing information

Respondents are to ensure that the file names of the USB files clearly identify the contents.
