Description

MPAC requires a software solution that can successfully cleanse and validate property addresses to minimize unsuccessful postal deliveries and ensure our digital products include accurate mailing addresses.

MPAC runs a Statement of Accuracy (SOA) on approximately 10 million addresses annually
MPAC validates & cleanses approximately 10 million addresses in batch transactions per month
MPAC has approximately 80 staff using a hotkey GUI client to assist with address entry

1 USB of the complete proposal with pricing information

Separate sealed envelope/package titled “Copy of Proposal without Pricing” containing:

1 hard copy of the Proposal without pricing information
1 USB copy of the Proposal without pricing information

Respondents are to ensure that the file names of the USB files clearly identify the contents.
