The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) requires the supply, installation and maintenance of Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems. MPAC has existing and planned locations throughout Ontario with varying service requirements. MPAC also requires installation of new Security Systems when offices are relocated or renovated. . MPAC also requires alarm monitoring services, inclusive to appropriate response, as transmitted by our security systems. We also require the maintenance of alarm transmission devices inclusive to GSM and LAN integration units. MPAC has existing and planned locations throughout Ontario with varying service requirements. MPAC also requires installation of new GSM and/or LAN integration units when offices are relocated or renovated.
MPAC office hours across Ontario are 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday, with Intrusion Detection alarm transmission being disabled during that time (managed locally). PANIC/DURESS alarms are transmitted 24/7. MPAC office alarms (including PANIC/DURESS alarms are transmitted by Landline and/or GSM and/or LAN Integration device over internet. Office Intrusion Detection alarm incidents are anticipated at a rate of six hundred (600) alarm incidents per year, for all MPAC locations combined. These alarm incidents may result in multiple alarms for same incident. Office PANIC/DURESS Alarms are anticipated at a rate of twenty four (24) alarms per year, for all MPAC locations combined.
