Description

Radiant Care would like to pre-qualify General Contractors for the construction of their new Long-Term Care home. The new home will be constructed on the existing 13.07 acre Pleasant Manor Campus in the north east corner of the site that is currently a Peach Orchard. The Pleasant Manor long-term care project is 3 storeys non-combustible construction, totaling approximately 10,500 m2 (including penthouse), accommodating 160 beds in 5 Resident Home Areas (RHAs) with amenity spaces. An exterior covered walkway will also be provided to link the new Long-Term Care Building to existing buildings on campus. Previous Long-Term Care experience is essential. See associated documents.
