Description

On behalf of the ower, we are inviting proposals from Construction Managers to coordinate the
installation of a fire sprinkler system at the Mount Nemo Christian Nursing Home. This operating long
term care home will remain fully operational throughout the renovation.This project has been granted funding through the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP).To receive this funding the project must be complete by December 31st, 2021. To assist with achieving this deadline the work to design, supply and install the fire sprinkler system has been pre-tendered.
It is expected that the Construction Manager will work with the Owner and the consultants as an
integral member of the project team to ensure that the project is completed within budget and on time
while respecting the needs of the staff and residents of the long term care home.

Event Note

A mandatory building and site tour for all proponents will take place Wed May 12, 2021 at 2 pm. Meet at main entrance of Home. Proponents are asked to limit representation to one person. COVID screening will take place including rapid test completed on site and returned negative. Mask will be provided and face shields provided upon request.
