Description

MANDATORY THAT PROPONENTS HAVE LONG TERM CARE EXPERIENCE.
The new Pine Villa Long Term Care home will be a four-storey home comprised of 7 Resident Home Areas (RHAs), each housing 32 residents, for a total of 224 beds and amenity spaces. The new LTC home will be constructed on a 4.907-acre greenfield site adjacent to the existing home.

The new building will be a four-storey non-combustible concrete and steel structure with no basement with a total gross floor area of approximately 12,825 square metres.

Structure comprises of concrete, cold formed steel walls with composite floor slabs and block walls in the service area.
