2312 - CM RFP - Saint Luke's Place Long-Term Care Redevelopment

Saint Luke's Place (SLP) is seeking to engage an experienced Construction Manager to work collaboratively with the SLP Redevelopment Committee and MMMC Architects through the multi-phased Redevelopment Project that will include a 7-storey building with 192 long term care beds, amenity spaces, a basement and mechanical penthouse.   A portion of Building E will be removed for the new 7-storey structure.  The gross floor area of the new LTC building will be approximately 161,920 sf including the basement and the rooftop mechanical penthouse. The approximate area of the renovations that will serve the LTC building is 8,096.5 sf.  The approximate area of the loading dock and service corridor addition that will serve the LTC and adjacent buildings is 1,071.3 sf. The project will meet the Ministry of Long Term Care design standards and funding milestones set out in the RFP. It is MANDATORY that the CM have long term care experience. NOTE: The CM RFP due date cannot be extended.
