The Municipality of Mississippi Mills invites qualified Consultants to submit a proposal to perform a Service Delivery Review (SDR) of the current services of the Recreation and Culture Department and how these are delivered to the Community. Consultation Services are required for the provision of professional and impartial insight into the efficiency, effectiveness and impact of services provided by the Recreation and Culture Department.
