Description

The Municipality is seeking proposals from qualified consultants with the necessary expertise to develop a Long Term Financial Plan (LTFP) as detailed in this RFP. The agreement between the successful Bidder and the Municipality will be for the development of the initial plan and a renewable model which allows for updates and scenario testing.

The successful Bidder will have a demonstrated capacity and ability to advise the Municipality, making recommendations for future improvements to planning, tracking, and forecasting systems.

The information session will be scheduled as a virtual Teams meeting. Invitations and meeting particulars will be sent to all who express intent to bid by the deadline of May 9, 2024 at 9:00 am. The meeting will begin with a presentation by the Municipality, followed by questions and answers from potential bidders. All questions and answers will be transferred to a written Q&A document. The Q&A document will include written questions that are submitted as well as those from the information session, and will be distributed on or before May 16, 2024.
