Description

Many Canadians have a negative and dated perception of careers in the mining sector. MiHR is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop an innovative and modern CMSDS brand and a corresponding suite of marketing and communication materials to promote the CMSDS’ implementation.
The selected consultant will adhere to MiHR’s existing organizational brand and visual identity guidelines to drive the common look and feel process in developing the CMSDS’ visual brand – ensuring overall management, art direction and quality control for duration of the project. Final deliverables will be produced in both official languages. MiHR will be responsible for translation.

Proposals are not to exceed 10 pages excluding appendices, although bidders are encouraged to keep appendices brief. Bidders are requested to submit an electronic version of their proposal (in English) before 16h00 EST December 23, 2022 to the email address below.

Responses to all questions will be made available to all vendors by 16h00 EST December 13, 2022 in order to facilitate a fair and transparent process.

All proposals must include the following mandatory requirements in order to be accepted into the evaluation process:

The bidder’s contact information including address, telephone and email address;
Corporate Status (individual or incorporated);
A detailed technical proposal that demonstrates the bidder’s understanding of the work to be undertaken and its ability to perform the work including:

A detailed work plan,
Work breakdown structure,
Key milestones and deliverables,
Detailed budget including per diem rates and level of effort for all resources assigned to the proposal,
Risk and risk management plan, and
Project management methodology.

Detailed description of experience including the names of proposed resources that will be assigned to the work project with a summary of their related experience and/or a list of sub-contractors and their experience, capabilities and degree of involvement in this project.
References from three (3) clients within the last five (5) years. Bidders are requested to provide for each reference: company, address, contact, title, telephone number, date when work was undertaken, and nature of the assignment. References will be checked as part of the selection process.
