SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Proposals are not to exceed ten pages excluding appendices, although bidders are encouraged to keep appendices brief. Bidders are requested to submit an electronic version of their proposal (in English) before 16h00 EST on Thursday August 3, 2023 to the email address below.

MANDATORY PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS
All proposals must include the following mandatory requirements to be accepted into the evaluation process:
. The bidder’s contact information including address, telephone and e-mail address;
. Corporate Status (individual or incorporated) and the legal name and business number in which the bidder carries on business;
. A detailed technical proposal that demonstrates the bidder’s understanding of the work to be undertaken and its ability to perform the work including:
. A detailed work plan including a detailed description of the approach to be taken when completing the audit,
. Work breakdown structure,
. Key milestones and deliverables,
. A cost proposal outlining the total fixed price of the work to be performed over five years. Per Diem rates should also be provided for all members of the finance team as well as their anticipated level of effort on the audit;
. Risk and risk management plan, and
. Project management methodology.
. Detailed description of experience including the names of proposed resources that will be assigned to the audit with a summary of their related experience.
. References from three (3) clients within the last five years. Bidders are requested to provide for each reference: company, address, contact, title, telephone number, date when work was undertaken, and nature of the assignment. References will be checked as part of the selection process.
