Shared Health acting as the coordinating entity on behalf of the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Health, Seniors and Active Living, requests Proposals from qualified Proponents meeting the requirements contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide:
As the burden of tick-borne diseases, most notably Anaplasmosis and Lyme disease, continues to increase in Manitoba, as seen elsewhere, surveillance becomes critical to define the risk. Manitoba is looking for an individual with expertise and capacity to conduct active tick surveillance across the province as directed by Manitoba.

Manitoba will enter into the Agreement with the successful Proponent.  This Agreement shall be for the 2020 fall ticks season.
