SPECIFICATIONS

1Churchill Health Centre, located at 162 La Verandrye Ave, Churchill, MB requires taxi service to and from its facility. Annual fee is approximately $25,000.00.

2Must adhere to Churchill Taxicab Rates By-Law No. 769/2015.

3All drivers must have valid drivers license.

4Provide services for both Churchill Health Center employees and patient.
5Service is available 24 hours per day 7 days a week.
