WR-055-MB - Request for Proposal For Chartered Flights

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Chartered Flights as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The WRHA is seeking Chartered Flight services to transport a team of 6-8 medical personal to remote locations within Manitoba.  There are approximately 12 flights per year, however this may increase.  These services are to be scheduled with short notice and executed immediately thereafter. 
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to establish a primary and secondary supplier to provide these services.
