This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Plumbing & Heating Supplies as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The scope of this RFP includes day-to-day plumbing and heating supplies (percentage discount off the prices as listed in the Allpriser catalogue) funded through regular operating and budgeted funds.

This RFP does not include Capital Planning projects, Manitoba Health Safety & Security funded projects, and projects utilizing external funds with specific restrictions (i.e. donations).

The term of the agreement is to be for a period of 5 years, with an option in favour of the Purchaser to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for 2 years.
