This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Locksmith Services  as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The scope of this RFP includes day-to-day locksmith services funded through regular operating and budgeted funds within the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) sites.  This RFP excludes all capital projects, capital planning upgrades, and construction projects including purchase of cylinders, installations, re-keying and key duplication of Abloy systems.
