Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA), through its Logistics Services (LS) division, is seeking a one (1) year Agreement for the provision of KOSHER MEATS, DELI & POULTRY PRODUCTS to designated City of Winnipeg Health Care Sites as listed on Schedule “C” which forms part of this RFT.
The WRHA is requesting that Proponents submit pricing on the basis of a fixed term of one (1) year, made up of two (2) fixed contractual periods, each period to be six (6) months in duration.
Proponent Note: Contract awards will be for the entire one (1) year term of this contract
The awarded Agreement is anticipated to commence on March 1, 2020. It is the intention of the WRHA to award this contract to one Proponent, but this RFT may be awarded in whole or in part based upon the best economic interests of the designated Sites and in accordance with the evaluation criteria as outlined.
Although the commencement date is subject to change by the WRHA, the earliest commencement date will not be prior to March 1, 2020.
