This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Employee Opinion Survey as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA).
The scope of this RFP includes the provision of Employee Opinion Survey for staff, leadership and Physicians and to provide support for building leadership capability for action planning after survey results. The Survey will be conducted predominantly online and as required on paper, in which the Supplier will provide access to portal, technology or website of the provider housing the survey and support components for various stages of the survey from planning to execution.
The agreement is anticipated to start on May 1, 2020. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, with an option in favour of the Purchaser to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) terms of two (2) option years.
