Digital copies of responses are acceptable via electronic mail, USB drive or CD/DVD. In addition, responses and/or supporting digital material may be uploaded to WCLC’s file transfer service. Note: In order to be able to obtain access to WCLC’s file transfer service in a timely manner suppliers are directed to request access via WCLC’s Purchasing department at purchasing@wclc.com within 7 days of receipt of this RFQ.

All digital responses must be printable and text-searchable using standard tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel or Adobe Reader.

In the case of physical digital media please send at least one (1) copy to each of the addresses stated above (WCLC’s Saskatoon office and to WCLC’s Purchasing Department).

For the avoidance of doubt suppliers should refrain from referring to any prior agreements or arrangements to imply terms to this RFQ response. Instead any such terms should be clearly restated and this RFQ response should be considered separate to any prior responses.
